Case Study:

The Transformation
Project Overview

Who They Are: Partners Behavioral Health is a consulting company that helps ABA practices grow and improve their business, standards, outcomes, and reputation, which in turn makes for a better patient and employee experience. They help with strategy, insights, expertise, and operational services.
What They Needed:
Partners Behavioral Health wanted a modern, professional website that better reflected their expertise and leadership in ABA consulting. Their existing site lacked consistent branding, clear messaging, and design flexibility, making it harder to connect with potential clients.
They also wanted a custom game-integration feature so that they could host ABA games on their site, which required connecting to an external platform.
After assessing their needs, we determined that migrating from Squarespace to WordPress was the best way to achieve their goals. This also included moving their Google Workspace—a complex transition that required technical expertise.
Beyond design, we focused on copywriting to ensure their messaging resonated with ABA business owners.
The goal? A polished, strategic website that elevates their brand and helps them connect with the right clients.
The Challenge
Partners Behavioral Health needed a website that truly reflected their expertise and leadership in ABA consulting. Their existing site wasn’t making the right first impression—pixelated images, branding inconsistencies, and cluttered navigation made it harder for visitors to engage. With no clear call-to-action and too much text, potential clients were getting lost instead of reaching out.
Beyond design, there were technical hurdles:
🔹 Limited flexibility on Squarespace made it difficult to create the modern, functional site they envisioned.
🔹 Embedding their ABA games required a seamless third-party integration that Squarespace couldn’t support.
🔹 Migrating Google Workspace became unexpectedly frustrating when the documented process didn’t work as outlined by Squarespace and required deep technical know-how.
They needed a sleek, engaging, and strategic website that not only looked great but worked effortlessly—and that’s exactly what we set out to build!

Approach & Strategy
Our approach started with branding—choosing modern yet professional fonts that complemented their existing logo. We selected Montserrat for headers and Open Sans for body text, both highly legible and accessible, ensuring a sleek, polished feel.
Next, we tackled navigation, streamlining the old, cluttered menu into a single-row structure with intuitive dropdowns. A key button with too much text was transformed into a clickable notification bar, keeping the design clean while still making important information prominent.
For copywriting, we worked strategically with ChatGPT, refining prompts to match the brand’s tone and goals. Instead of settling for the first result, we generated multiple iterations and fine-tuned the messaging to be clear, engaging, and authoritative—without overwhelming potential clients with jargon.
To enhance the user experience, we incorporated subtle motion effects that appear only once per section upon page load or scrolling. This added a modern, high-end feel without being distracting.
Finally, integrating the ABA games section required working directly with the game platform’s documentation and implementing changes at the domain host level, ensuring a seamless connection without relying on WordPress plugins.
Every step of this process was guided by one goal—to create a site that not only looked modern and professional but worked effortlessly for their audience.
